Documentation is mandatory in the process of conducting a Bus Collision Investigation. Accident reports are required by Federal and State laws and are crucial in lawsuit preparations. This webinar will discuss some key issues related to documenting the chain of events as well contributing factors such as, human factors and environmental aspects. Effectively organized findings are imperative. This webinar will concentrate on document contents, and document chain of command. Emphasis will be placed on the significant report contents, including the photographs, police reports, witnesses, identification of causal factors, corrective action plans, and follow up activities.
