The objective of this project was to develop a turnkey training resource for transit agencies to help send a message to transit employees about the dangers associated with the use of a wireless communication device when performing safety-related duties. The training resource includes an instructional manual, a participant guide, a training video, a PowerPoint presentation and examples of policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions.
